Tell us about your role at Wood

I have been working in Wood as a project engineer since the end of 2016. I was looking for a job that could give me an international perspective. Moreover, I have always been fascinated by the engineering in the oil & gas sector thanks to an internship during university. Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to become part of this group and breathe in the atmosphere.

When you reflect on your career at Wood what makes you most proud?

I joined Wood only 2 years ago, but I feel that I have constantly grown from that time. My current project is very challenging and my responsibilities have increased. When my peers and customers appreciate my commitment and results, it makes me feel proud of what I do and I feel appreciated.

What would you tell your friends about working at Wood?

I really like the variety of activities and tasks is huge, this is great if you never get tired of learning! My colleagues always offer their time to teach me and provide suggestions.My colleagues are more like friends, I have met many interesting people with whom I have common interests, hobbies and visions. Thanks to this, I am cultivating wonderful friendships.

What excites you about your future at Wood?

I am very excited when I think about the international career opportunities. It was my main reason for choosing my current profession. It is a dynamic and stimulating place to be and will for definitely continue to help me develop as a professional.
