How can I apply?

Please note we can only accept applications via our online system, any CV or resume sent via email will not reach our recruitment team. If you can’t find a job to apply for right now you can join our talent community. This will ensure you appear in searches conducted by our recruitment team and receive updates on opportunities matched to your interests. If you are using assistive technologies, get in touch here and we will advise you what to do next.

I have applied what should I expect next?

When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email to confirm that your application has been received. You application will then be reviewed by our recruitment team, who will be in touch if your application is to be progressed to the next stage of the process.

How do I check the status of my application?

You can login to your profile where you will see the current status of each application. If you have applied to jobs in different regions, you may need to login to the relevant portal to find out more:

  • Canada (English language) applications
  • United States (English language)
  • All global vacancies (English language) excluding Canada and United States
  • Pour les applications en Français
  • Para aplicaciones en Español

How do I make you aware of any reasonable accommodations?

Reasonable accommodation requests can be made for individuals located in the United States.

Can I register as a recruitment agency with Wood?

Occasionally our internal recruitment team need support on some of our more specialist roles. We acknowledge and welcome the support of our current agency partners and the vital part they play in the process. As a result we have a number of trusted partners in place.

This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies that are not registered within our system will not be accepted. If you do not have an agreement in place with us, we would appreciate if you could refrain from contacting hiring managers speculatively.
